RANKING | Portadas que me encantan (EN INGLÉS)

¡Hola queridísimos inmarcesibles! No hace mucho os mostré un Ranking de las 10 mejores portadas. Bien, la idea yo creo que estaba bien pensada, pero la lie un poquito. Razonándolo mejor, he llegado a la conclusión que hubiera estado mucho más interesante si lo hubiera hecho en un único idioma, y eso es lo que os traigo hoy, un Ranking de las 10 mejores portadas en inglés.

No sé vosotros, pero en mi opinión, las portadas en inglés son muchísimo más bonitas y siento que se esfuerzan más en hacerlas. Así que intentare seleccionar las diez mejores que he encontrado. También he intentado mostraros los libros más actuales.

Bien, este Ranking me costó muchísimo, como podéis imaginar, vi demasiadas portadas, y la gran mayoría eran increíbles, por lo que estuve un buen rato decidiendo cual si y cual no, pero por fin pude seleccionar.

Cada día intento mejorar un poco más el diseño para que se os haga más ameno. La última vez puse fotos bastantes simples de las portadas, pero esta vez he seleccionado fotografías de diferentes lectores para que podáis apreciar mejor el libro.

Esta vez os adjuntare la sinopsis por si os interesa.

10. Everything Everything – Nicola Yoon

Este libro me impactó bastante, porque en comparación a la versión española, este está bastante mejorado. No creía que el cambio fuera tan diferente.

9. The Probability of Miracles – Wendy Wunder

Otra portada que me dejo totalmente patidifusa. Con lo bonita que es esta y lo fea que me parece la española jajaja. Vaya cambio tan radical.

Esta portada la descubrí por casualidad, y no consigo encontrar la portada Española, probablemente no tenga versión traducida, así que os mostraré la sinopsis en inglés.

7. Extraordinary Means – Robyn Schneider

Creo que este libro también esta únicamente en inglés, por lo tanto si lo queréis leer tendrá que ser en ese idioma.

He de confesar que la portada me pareció sencilla pero tierna y con un toque “extraordinario”.

6. This Adventure Ends – Emma Mills

Creo que nuevamente nos encontramos con un libro escrito únicamente en inglés (lo siento para los que no saben), por lo que una vez más, la sinopsis que adjuntaré no estará en español.

Me gusta el contraste del azul con el blanco, y claramente, como podéis comprobar, este lo sabe mezclar a la perfección. Tiene un estilo suave y delicado que me cautivó en cuanto o vi.

5. The Unexpected Everything – Morgan Matson

Este libro me gustó muchísimo, me encanto más bien. Tiene una portada muy veraniega, que transmite enseguida un muy buen rollo, y mucha frescura. Al momento puedes intuir que es la misma escritora que Desde que te fuiste, ya que tiene una portada muy parecida, con una temática bastante similar. Merecidísimo ese puesto número 5.

Si os ha gustado la portada, que sepáis que el libro aún no está en español, pero que la plataforma Neo publicará próximamente el libro (no se sabe aún la fecha), y lo más probable es que conserve la misma portada y temática (igual que hicieron con el anterior).

4. Ten thousand Skies above you – Claudia Gray

¡Que nervios!, cada vez nos acercamos más al ganador del ranking. Pero antes, dejarme que os explique que pienso de este libro. La portada me fascinó, tiene un diseño delicado y sencillo, con letras finas y sutiles que al mismo tiempo que nos muestran el título, dejan ver a la perfección su imagen de fondo. Sencillamente espectacular. Su otro libro A thousand Pieces of you (primera parte de la trilogía) sigue la misma línea, por lo que también me encanta.

Se supone que este año sacaban el libro en español, pero aún no se sabe nada. Pero si os interesa el otro (la primera parte) la podéis encontrar fácilmente. Se llama: Mil lugares donde encontrarte.

3. Vengeance Road – Erin Bowman

Y en tercera posición encontramos Vengeance Road, con una portada increíblemente increíble. Con un estilo más cañero y repleto de dibujos. Tiene una temática muy diferente en comparación con los anteriores, y con otros libros vistos, y por ello se merecía estar entre los tres primeros.

No sé si es que yo soy tonta y no encuentro la versión española, o es que sencillamente no tiene, pero nuevamente os tendré que mostrar la sinopsis en inglés.

2. The Yoga Max’s Discontent – Karan Bjaj

En segunda posición, y no por ello menos importante, The Yoga Max’s Discontent, con una portada fascinante y cautivadora. El contraste entre el rosa y el azul para mostrar un paisaje de montañas me gusto bastante. Y como he comentado antes, el hecho de mostrar el título en blanco le da un sentido muy diferente. Vamos, que te dan ganas de leerlo con solo mirarlo.

¡Y por fin, el ganador del ranking! Con una portada espectacular, y que incluye todo lo que me gusta de un libro: los contraste entre colores, el dibujo, la letra de su título… Y yo me pregunto después de ver este tipo de portadas: ¿Por qué en España no las hacen tan maravillosas como allí? Yo creo que hasta se venderían más ejemplares. Pero bueno, supongo que es lo que toca, fastidiarme. 

Por cierto, lamentablemente este libro está también en inglés.
